We had premium king room to ourselves with a modern design & well kept furniture, a fantastic view.

Luxurious hotel, it was clean, and the staff was very supportive and professional. The rooms were nicely decorated with down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. Also, location was peaceful, just a short stroll away from Kingdom Centre Tower. You guys made my stay exceptional.

The location was good, not too far away from Kingdom Centre Tower. There were a mall and a market around the hotel👌

Luxurious hotel, my favorite in Riyadh. The rooms for another view. Excellent food for all meals. Location really close to the Kingdom Center, downtown riyadh and great facilities, and Kingdom shopping mall. The venue of choice in Riyadh.

The hotel room was absolutely exceptional. The service and quality of the whole experience was unsurpassed. We will definitely stay there again! I was impressed with the renovations done to the rooms, they looked superb. The staff, especially Johanna Fagerberg, the Hotel experience manager, were extremely attentive and catered to our every request. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding accommodations and excellent service. it was a fantastic stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well decorated. The bathroom was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The breakfast options were amazing, with a wide variety of choices from Arabic, Asian, and European cuisine. The hotel facilities were outstanding, including easy access to a shopping mall. The staff were extremely friendly and supportive, especially Naseef, the security officer who went above and beyond to assist us.

Nothing that we didn't like.

-The price they charge us was almost double what booking says. -I requated two twin bed rooms, and I got two king bed rooms, when thay change it the price went up. - The internet was too slow to pay for it

Luxtury of hotel and quality of food also it seems to be a females friendly hotel and provide a marginal freedom to females which is not very common in Riyadh. Spa was excellent so as the buisiness center
